manual install USB driver（obsolete）
Some simplfied windows system may loss “usbser.sys”
when install VCP_V1.3.1_Setup.rar may cause error, in this case, please install driver manually.

2、update USB driver
start->control pannel->system->com & LTP port->update driver. select "ECR.INF"
